RA900 – a dual-laser SLA printer purpose-built for tyre mould mass production; 950 × 550 × 400 mm build volume, four medium-sized tread moulds in 36 h (<10 h per mould), replacing traditional CNC workflows that take 2–3 weeks. RA900 ships with UnionTech’s UT-ONE software for one-click nesting and support generation; achieves Ra <3.5 µm surface finish, ±0.08 mm dimensional accuracy and <0.05 mm roundness deviation, point deviation < 95% —critical for ventless, insert-free tyre moulds. Continuous-run stability exceeds 95 %, enabling zero-inventory, lot-size-one manufacturing.
