Products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months when recommended storage conditions are met.

Product descriptions

Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH is a filament for the production of 17-4 stainless steel metal components using standard FFF printing systems.

This stainless steel filament can be fully heat treated to high strength and hardness levels. It is therefore ideal for the petrochemical, aerospace, automotive and medical industries.

Parts printed with Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH metal-polymer composite filament receive their final properties through a catalytic separation and sintering process known from traditional metal injection molding.

Standards: DIN 1.4542, X 5 CrNiCuNb 17 4, AISI/UNS S17400 ; SAE J 467 (17-4PH)

Recommended:

Use the filament in a well-ventilated room or use professional ventilation systems. For further and more detailed information, please refer to the relevant Material Safety Data Sheets.
